While you’re not required to hire a full-service planner, having a Day-of Coordinator is our minimum requirement. They’ll ensure everything comes together seamlessly, leaving you (and your family + friends!) free to savor every moment of your big day.

While our Venue Manager will be there to assist with facility tasks, a Day-of Coordinator will handle all the details—anticipating challenges, solving any unexpected hiccups, and keeping the timeline and vendors on track. With their support, you and your loved ones can relax, be present, and fully enjoy the celebration.

To guarantee the best experience, we ask that you select from our curated options rather than creating your own.
