While you’re not required to hire a full-service planner, having a Day-of Coordinator is our minimum requirement. They’ll ensure everything comes together seamlessly, leaving you (and your family + friends!) free to savor every moment of your big day.

While our Venue Manager will be there to assist with facility tasks, a Day-of Coordinator will handle all the details—anticipating challenges, solving any unexpected hiccups, and keeping the timeline and vendors on track. With their support, you and your loved ones can relax, be present, and fully enjoy the celebration.

Day of Event Insurance
You do not have to apply for your license in Isanti County. However, you do need to apply for a marriage license in Minnesota. This can be done at most any County Recorder’s Office. The first step in applying for a marriage license is to go to Marriage License Application.
Fill out the application online. Both applicants will then finish the application in person. All you need to bring with you when you go into your County Recorder's office is your valid license or ID. There is not a waiting period to get your marriage license.
Do we have to apply for a marriage license in Isanti County since we are getting married in Isanti County?
Yes, you can have any ordained minister perform your marriage ceremony. Before they can legally perform the ceremony, however, they must have their credentials filed in any county in Minnesota.
Can we have a friend or family member legally perform our marriage?
There is an individual ordained to perform marriages in the Isanti County Recorder's office in the case of emergencies. (Karen Long) The Isanti County Recorder’s office is open from 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday. Call 763-689-1191 with any questions.
