Client Lounge

We offer a rehearsal rental option if the evening before your wedding is still available when you’re three months out. Whether you choose to rehearse at Pinewood or a nearby location, here are some options to consider.

Rehearsal with Bar Package

Rental options:

All cleanup must be completed by the client and disposed of on the same night.

Cleanup:

Drinkware is not provided by Pinewood and must be supplied by the clients.

Couples may provide non-alcoholic beverages for their guests.

Beverages:

No homemade food items allowed.

Alternatively, items like pizza can be ordered and brought in.

Dinner can be catered by one of our preferred vendors.

Catering:

On-Site Rehearsals

Grand total: $2,185.16

Bartender: $175
Gratuity: With tip jars allowed: $100 // Without tip jars: $175 (flat $35/hour for on-site time)
Hosted Bar: $500 minimum (approximately 55 drinks)

Additional Fees:
Service Charge (20%): $135
Alcohol Tax: $55.13
Sales Tax: $20.03

Leader’s historic 100+ year-old building is a beautiful spot in downtown Cambridge. With amazing food, friendly staff, restaurant dining, retail shopping, a coffee shop, and a private event space, it’s ideal for hosting Pinewood couple’s rehearsal dinners or day-after brunches!
