Our main lobby where guests enter the building is a 2 story area with floor to ceiling windows to let the outdoors, in.

Lobby

This 1st floor room can accommodate a seated dinner for up to 225 guests. Connected to the kitchen and bar for easy catering.

Main Gathering Hall

Located on the 2nd floor, this room is set up for presentations for up to 225 guests, or can be converted into a flexible space for any occasion.

Upper Gathering Hall

Pinewood is located on 10 acres in the woods. Our back patio is a perfect place to disconnect in nature.

Courtyard

On the 2nd floor you'll find a small conference room, perfect for breakout sessions or small meetings.

Conference Room

We have 2 small lounges that can be used as rooms for small breakout sessions or a space for speakers/hosts to keep their belongings and break during the event.
