Hi, Krysta here! I’ve been part of Pinewood since the very beginning—back when it was just a dream on paper—and have had the incredible privilege of helping shape it into the special place it is today. After years of managing and growing Pinewood, I proudly became owner in 2026, continuing a journey that has meant so much to me from the start.

My heart is in ensuring every couple and family who walks through our doors feels genuinely cared for, celebrated, and welcomed as part of the Pinewood family. Alongside our amazing leadership team, we work closely together to ensure every detail is thoughtfully handled, creating a seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable experience.

When I’m not at Pinewood, I love spending time with my husband, Max and our three amazing kids: Baker, Crew, and Collyns.

Hi, I'm Jill! As Pinewood's Operations Manager, I'm with you from the moment you book all the way through the big day, making sure every detail is taken care of so you can actually be present and enjoy every moment. I genuinely love the behind-the-scenes work that makes an event feel effortless, and my goal is always for you to look back and think that was even better than I imagined.

When I'm not at Pinewood, you'll find me at home with my husband Tony and our dog Baxter, probably planning our next adventure!

As Pinewood's Event Sales Manager, my favorite part of this job is making venue tours feel less like a sales meeting and more like a fun first step in your wedding journey. 

I want you to walk in, take a deep breath, and actually enjoy envisioning your big day, because this should be the exciting part! I'll take the time to really get to know your vision and make the whole booking process smooth from start to finish. 

When I'm not at Pinewood, you'll find me outside adventuring with my husband Michael and our boys, Nico & Leo. I can't wait to meet you!
